Technical Details & Condition:
Etching on chine collé on heavy wove paper, trimmed with a small margin around the platemark. This print was self-published by the artist in 1885 and printed in Vienna at the Imperial and Royal Court and State Printing Office, bearing the blind stamp “WIENER / KÜNSTLICH ALBUM / 1885” (Vienna Artists' Album 1858) at the centre of the lower edge. The design of the etching is based on a watercolour by Joseph Machold (1824–1889).

This is a strong, well-printed impression. Aside from minor marks along the edges, the sheet is in excellent condition—free of tears, holes, folds, or significant stains.
